Good Ranchers prides themselves on treating their customers like royalty. That’s why they needed their new subscription solution to integrate seamlessly with Yotpo, their loyalty provider.
The program offers reward points for one-time purchases, subscription purchases, friends and family referrals, and engaging with the brand on social media.
“We build a lot of value into the loyalty program — we know that $2 off a $150 box isn’t going to swing people,” Gil said. “So we let customers quickly hit milestones and earn $25, $50, even $70 off their next box. We want them to feel that relationship forming and know we’re willing to give them something back.”
Alongside their loyalty program, Good Ranchers also offers subscribers their choice of a bonus product every third order. These initiatives drive more purchases, keep subscribers from churning, and ultimately, increase LTV.
